Features:
1) Applications: as a reinforced agent, it is a special recipe for reinforced concrete in
production of free flowing concrete, such as slabs, foundations, walls, columns,
piers, wharfs, and slender concrete components with multi-reinforcing steel bars
2) Properties:
a) Strong diffusivity, low gas-triggering, high water-reducing and pronounced
quick-strengthened effects
b) Physical performance of concrete is greatly improved, including the properties of
antifreezing, anti oozing, and elastic modulus
c) Under normal conditions, up to 25% of water per unit of cement can be reduced,
and 20% of cement decreased without affecting concrete strength
3) Dosage:
a) In making quick-strengthened and reinforced concrete, about 16-25% of cement
can be saved by mixing 0.5-1% of the agent per unit weight of cement, with
corresponding 20-50% of reinforced concrete realized and concrete quick-
strengthened more rapidly. It is especially suitable for #800 or higher strength
concrete
b) In making large volume of concrete, when mixed by 0.2-0.5% of the agent, the
collapse tolerance may be increased to 10-25cm to keep the strength stable,
which may be applied in self-flow grouting by mechanical pump construction with
a purpose of speeding up construction and lessening labor with a qualified
structure
c) With 0.5% of the agent mixed, the concrete strength keeps stable, while 20% of
cement saved
